IBS STUDENT WINS AN "OSCAR" IN INTERNATIONAL FILM FESTIVAL

The film Twisted by IBS 11th grade student, Nicolas WENDL, won an "Oscar" for Best Film at the IB Film Festival at the Lycée International of Colombo in Sri Lanka. It is a short film of 13 minutes which Nicolas shot in one full day. He is also currently part of the American Pavillon programme at the Cannes Film Festival from May 10th to May 26th. His film will be screened in the "short film corner" with the possibility of a larger screening should it make the final selection. Here is his own photo of the red carpet in Cannes !
