«MENS SANA IN CORPORE SANO» as best said in Latin by our ancestors ! Thanks to the efforts of Mme DAFARRA (IBS Italian teacher) and Mr ACHY (IBS Parent), the school will host its first "Organic Day" on Thursday, May 28th. The day will begin with a short documentary film on how to eat in a healthy manner followed by a culinary course using local Provençal ingredients...and ending with an organic picnic in the sun !
