From the 14th to the 17th of May, a group of IB History students, accompanied by their teachers Ms Safstrom and Mrs Reboulet, spent four days in the beautiful city of St Petersburg to see for themselves the places (and palaces) they had read about in their books. They followed in the footsteps of Lenin during the 1917 Revolutions, admired the splendours of the Tsar’s Winter Palace and generally enjoyed Russian food and culture. Thank you to Ms Safstrom and Mrs Reboulet for planning this trip including all their hard work in getting the visas in time!
