From the 10th to the 13th of November, a group of IB students along with their IB teacher, Ms Briscoe, crossed the channel for a bit of British culture. In conjunction with their IB studies, students had the opportunity to attend the Welsh National Opera’s production of the ’Barber of Seville’ as well as a contemporary production of ’The Animals and the Children Took to the Streets’ at the Old Vic Theatre in Bristol. As an added bonus, the group participated in a theatre workshop based on Shakespeare’s ’A Midsummer Night’s Dream’ with the Royal Shakespeare Company in Stratford-Upon-Avon. Thank you to Ms Briscoe for organising the trip and to Debbie for making it all run smoothly !
